Screen sharing is the baseline customers expect.
Seeing the same screen is how problems get solved quickly. Here is what the research says, and what it costs to offer it.
Customers expect to be shown, not told
Describing a screen over the phone is slow and frustrating. Pointing at the exact button ends the guessing.
Cheap next to one lost customer
In one 2026 survey, 79% said they would switch after a single bad experience. A Help99 company plan costs $10 a month.
Made for the urgent moment
When a customer is stuck in the middle of a payment or a form, a 6-digit code puts you both on the same screen, with nothing to install.
Businesses are already investing

Screen sharing is the baseline. Here is what it costs.
Help99 gives your whole company that baseline:
undefined
- 3 hours of screen sharing every month, shared by all agents
- Then $0.25 per hour, prorated to the minute you use
One simple plan for your whole company.
You only pay for time when a screen is actually being shared.
per company β not per agent
- 3 hours of screen sharing every month, shared by all agents
- Then $0.25 per hour, prorated to the minute you use
- Every agent in your company included
- Help button for your website
- Customers never pay anything
What counts as billable time?
Only the minutes when the agent and the customer are both connected and a screen is being shared.
Questions, answered.
Does the customer need to install anything?
No. Customers open the help button on your website (or help99.net), type the 6-digit code and they're in. It works in the web browser with no app and no account.
Can you see my customer's screen without permission?
Never. The customer's screen is shared only after they agree and choose a screen in their own browser. When your agent shows their screen, the customer's screen stays private.
What happens when the code expires?
An expired code can't be used to join, but people already connected stay connected. The code is valid for 3 minutes. Separately, a session lasts 60 minutes, and the agent can extend it by 15 minutes at a time, up to a maximum of 120 minutes. The agent can also create a new code.
How is the $0.25 per hour calculated?
After your 3 included hours, sharing time is charged at $0.25 per hour, prorated to the actual time a screen was shared. Waiting, disconnected or paused time is free.
How many agents can use one plan?
Your whole company. The plan is priced per company, and the monthly hours are shared by all your agents.
Do I need a website to use Help99?
No. The help button is optional. Customers can always enter their code at help99.net.
