No website, or the customer is on the phone? They open help99.net and type the code at the top of the page. Your agent just says: "Go to help99.net and type 482715."

Put a help button on your site with one line of code. Your customers get help right where they are. They tap the button, enter the code and see your screen — without leaving your website.

    You'll find it in your agent dashboard after you sign up.

  2. 2. Paste it before </body>

    Works on any site where you can add a script — WordPress, Cafe24, Shopify or your own code.

  3. 3. The button appears

    A yellow help button shows up in the corner of every page.
