Stop sharing
How a customer stops sharing their screen
You can stop at any time by pressing Stop on the Help99 page or the sharing bar your browser shows. Stopping ends the consultation. Closing or reloading the page also ends it.
1. Press Stop
Use the stop button on the Help99 page.
2. Or use the browser bar
Your browser shows its own sharing bar with a stop option.
3. Closing the page
Closing or reloading the page ends the consultation too.
Switching tabs
Switching to another tab does not stop sharing.
