What a support agent can and cannot see
The agent sees only what you choose to share in your browser's picker, and only after you agree. If you do not share, the agent sees nothing of your screen. The agent cannot click, type or take control of your computer.
If you do not share
The agent sees nothing of your screen. The agent's screen may be shown to you instead.
If you share a tab
The agent sees that tab only.
If you share a window or screen
The agent sees what is in it, including anything private you open there. Close private items first.
What the agent cannot do
Control your mouse or keyboard, or see your screen after you stop.
